Complaints and Returns
We offer a 24-month warranty on all our lamps.
If, for any reason, your Little Lights lamp stops working or you experience any other issue,
please contact us at contact@littlelights.pl.
Additionally, all our lamps are covered by the Little Lights Long Energy Program, which applies to light sources (i.e., LED modules).
For a period of 12 months, we will repair or replace them free of charge — the customer only covers the shipping costs.
All warranty claims are processed within 14 days.
You will be informed of our decision by email or SMS.
You also have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it — without giving any reason.
Simply send us an email informing us of your wish to return the product and ship it back to us.
(This does not apply to products made to special order, according to the customer’s individual specifications.)
The product should be in perfect condition — just as you would want to receive it yourself 😊
The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your payment (including the original delivery cost, if applicable)
within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
