General Provisions

The controller of your personal data is Little Lights Sp. z o.o., ul. Wadowicka 7, 30-347 Kraków, Poland. Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, ensuring that personal data is:

  • processed lawfully, fairly and transparently,

  • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,

  • adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary,

  • accurate and kept up to date,

  • stored only as long as necessary,

  • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security,

  • accountable to demonstrate compliance.

Personal data is collected with due care and protected against unauthorized access. All processing is carried out within the territory of the European Union.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

  • under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – for the performance of a contract between you and the Controller, including order processing, payment, handling complaints, returns, and customer service;

  • under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – for compliance with legal obligations, especially tax and accounting regulations;

  • under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the legitimate interests of the Controller, such as direct marketing, customer service outside of contractual obligations, data analysis, debt collection, and internal archiving;

  • under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – based on your consent, for saving data in cookies and collecting data from websites and mobile applications.

Data Recipients

Your personal data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller in contract performance and electronic service provision, including:

  • payment operators and banks,

  • accounting, legal, auditing, and consulting firms,

The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

  • object if your data is processed based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to place an order or create an account. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
